- Review layouts, drawings and written specifications.
- Approve the quotation and production basis.
- Complete factory production, inspection and protective packing.
- Plan shipment, customs, unloading and local installation responsibilities.
Quotation checklist
Include the delivery postcode, access restrictions, Incoterm preference, site contact, installer details and any building-management requirements. The buyer and appointed Malaysia contractor must verify final site dimensions and local approvals before production.
