Shipping Building Materials from China to Malaysia
Plan the hand-off from factory packing to the Malaysia project site before approving a quotation. Shipping scope depends on product dimensions, fragility, destination and the agreed Incoterm.
Shipping checklist
- Confirm the destination postcode, site contact and access restrictions.
- Confirm product dimensions, package count, weight and protection requirements.
- Write the Incoterm and identify who handles export, import clearance, duties and taxes.
- Confirm unloading equipment, temporary storage and final delivery to site.
- Record inspection photos, packing labels and the process for reporting transit damage.
